What You’ll Be Doing:

• Repair, maintain, and inspect a variety of equipment, including tractors, forklifts, harvesters, irrigators, and automated processing machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and carry out necessary repairs
• Fabricate and weld components when needed
• Keep maintenance records up to date
• Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and operates efficiently
• Work as part of a proactive, hands-on team to support daily farm and factory operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in maintenance, mechanical repairs, or fitting
• Welding and fabrication skills
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet
• Experience with automated machinery or irrigation systems (a plus!)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, adaptable, and ready to tackle new challenges
