What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and support the harvesting team to achieve daily production targets
- Operate harvesting machinery, ensuring top safety standards
- Assist with monitoring and forecasting crop availability
- Ensure all harvested products meet our high-quality standards: “In full, on time, in spec”
- Ensure smooth communication between the harvesting and production teams
- Accurately record harvesting data
- Maintain food safety and compliance procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in harvesting or agriculture industry advantageous
- Confidence driving a tractor on roads and farms
- Class 1 full driver’s license
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic mechanical knowledge or experience with machinery advantageous
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- F endorsement or OSH certificate (or willingness to obtain)
