We’re on the hunt for a reliable and efficient Dispatch Team Member to join our dynamic team immediately! This is a 40-hour-per-week, fixed-term role for six weeks, with work Monday to Friday. Flexibility with start and finish times is essential to align with harvest schedules and product availability.

While this is a short-term opportunity, there may be potential for ongoing work depending on availability at the end of the period—a chance to grow with a company that values dedication and hard work!

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinating and prioritising orders for delivery according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Ensuring accurate picking, packing, and loading of products onto delivery vehicles.
• Maintaining proper documentation and records related to dispatch activities.
• Communicating effectively with drivers, packing teams, and the sales team.
• Assist in other areas of the factory as required.

About you:

• OSH forklift certificate
• Comfortable working in a cool environment (3-5°C)
• Physically fit
• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse roles is a plus!
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
