We are looking for a full-time, motivated and passionate Customer Service / Sales Support superstar to join our fast-paced, forward-thinking team, where no two days are the same – and your ideas (and energy!) are truly valued.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team, connecting with customers, keeping things organised, and jumping into new challenges. There is also an exciting opportunity to get involved in marketing projects, including social media and content creation, for someone with a creative flair.
We are ideally looking for someone to start in October, but we are also open to someone starting earlier, so if you’re planning your next move, now is the perfect time!
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing Sales support by answering incoming calls for sales orders
- Entering sales orders into the ERP system (Dynamics)
- Developing relationships with current customers and understanding their needs to provide an excellent customer service
- Monitoring and adjusting sales forecasts for production
- Communication with operations around daily volume and purchase order changes
- Adjusting pricing in ERP system (Dynamics)
- Following up on any customer complaints relating to substandard delivery issues
- Processing customer credits
- Prospect and cold-call potential customers to introduce our products and establish rapport.
- Greeting all customers and visitors entering the building
- Occasionally visiting customers to strengthen connections and spot new opportunities
- Supporting marketing tasks like social media posts, content creation, and campaigns

- Tech-savvy and confident using systems and tools
- Bonus points for experience or knowledge in the fresh produce industry
- An energetic team player who’s always happy to pitch in wherever needed
