About the Role
This role is responsible for leading agronomic performance across our outdoor cropping, glasshouse, and flower systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining crop plans and planting schedules
- Monitoring crop health and managing pest, disease, and nutrition programmes
- Producing accurate harvest forecasts
- Utilising production systems (e.g. Apunga, Priva) to support planning, monitoring, and analysis
- Coordinating soil and tissue testing
- Analysing yield performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Leading trials of new varieties, inputs, and growing techniques
- Providing clear technical guidance to operational teams
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Qualified in Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field
- Confident using crop management and production systems (experience with Apunga, Priva, or similar advantageous)
- Passionate about crop performance and continuous improvement
- Analytical and data-driven
- Practical and comfortable working hands-on in the field
- Confident communicating across operational teams
