Rosemary

With a fragrance similar to that of pine needles, rosemary is a woody herb with green needle-like leaves and is one of the most common herbs in Western cuisine.

Rosemary is an all-purpose herb, appearing in culinary concoctions in many different ways – finely cut and sprinkled over roast vegetables and stir-fries, stuffed into meats and vegetables, as a flavour in bread, infused into oils and vinegar; the list goes on.
